Shipping Policy
All shipping fees include tracking number and insurance covering up to $100. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance to cover the full value of your order, please contact me for rates.
Please ensure that the mailing address you provide is complete and accurate. If your item gets returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping fees to have it returned to me and then shipped out to you again are your responsibility as Canada Post charges for returning a undeliverable parcel.
Note: Some items may be small enough to be sent small parcel mail or letter mail. If you are ordering a small item, you can contact us to inquire about these rates, though this method does not include any tracking number or insurance, so if you choose this method, it is at your own risk.
You can also arrange for free local pickup at our location near Steeles Ave. East and Don Mills Rd. in Thornhill/Markham. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. my lil sweet pea cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

Any information that is collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, or disclosed to any individual or outsite company. The contact information gathered is only for the purposes of our email newsletter, which you can opt out of under your account settings. When you make a purchase on our site and pay through PayPal, any financial information (such as bank account or credit card number) is not recorded by our database and cannot be linked to your identity. Inventory Availability
What we have in-stock is listed on our website. Sometimes errors do occur and if the item you've ordered is sold out, we will notify you promptly to discuss your options. If there is an item on our website that you would like to purchase, but you see that it is out of stock, please contact us and we can place a special order for you.
Coupon/Discount Policy
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box. Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order.
Sales
We regret that sale prices cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Sale prices may end at any time.

Defective Items
We make every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition; however, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the problem. After 7 days, my lil sweet pea cannot replace damaged items and issues must be addressed with the manufacturer. my lil sweet pea is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information, when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
